Exchanges and Returns
When initiating a return, the customer must inform us of the reason for the return and the order number through our channels.

The deadline for returns and exchanges is up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Our customers may choose another product of the same value (no fees will be charged) or request a return/refund, which works as follows:

Out of respect and to maintain the credibility earned with our consumers, the company has created a refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and is committed to ensuring that you (the customer) obtain an effective, quick, and above all, satisfactory transaction. We do not charge refund fees. The deadline for regretting the purchase is 7 days after receiving the product.
How will refunds for returns be processed?
For purchases made through PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the same account that made the payment immediately.
For purchases made using a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same account that made the payment and will appear on your statement within 3 business days.
